Focus and Scope
Management, Strategy, and Research Journal (MASTER Journal) invites academics, researchers, and students to contribute the results of their studies and research in the fields of management, business strategy, marketing, and economics. The journal aims to strengthen the exchange of scientific knowledge with other institutions.
Peer Review Process
Every manuscript submitted to the Management, Strategy, and Research Journal (MASTER Journal) will be independently reviewed by at least two reviewers using a double-blind review system. The decision to publish, revise, or reject a manuscript is based on the reviewers’ reports and recommendations. In certain cases, the editor may refer the manuscript to a third reviewer before making a final decision, if deemed necessary.
The editor of the Management, Strategy, and Research Journal (MASTER Journal) is responsible for deciding which articles are suitable for publication. The validity of the work and its relevance to researchers and readers must always guide these decisions. Editors may be guided by the journal’s editorial board and are bound by applicable laws concerning defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.
Editors may consult with other editors or reviewers when making publication decisions. Plagiarism checks are conducted using plagiarism detection tools.

Management, Strategy, and Research Journal (MASTER Journal) is published by the Research and Community Service Institute of Politeknik Unggulan Cipta Mandiri. The journal aims to advance studies in management, business strategy, marketing, and economics, while strengthening the exchange of scientific knowledge with other institutions.
The editorial board accepts articles written in English, with clear, objective writing that presents research findings or critical analyses in the fields of business and management. Management, Strategy, and Research Journal (MASTER Journal)l is published twice a year, in February and June.
The journal invites scholars and practitioners in management studies to contribute articles that meet academic standards. The editorial board reserves the right to edit submitted manuscripts without changing the substance or intent of the content.
